Digital Marketing Assistant (Part Time)

Reports To: President/Owner

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time, sub-contractor position estimated to be 20 hours per week. This position will work virtually.

Description: We are looking for a savvy marketing specialist to help execute marketing strategies and assist with campaign development. Candidates must have a knack and love for writing and all things digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how their work supports overarching business goals.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Market client products/services by implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Write various types of content on a range of topics. Sustain the client’s voice across various platforms.
  3. Publish content on WordPress websites, via email and on social media.
  4. Create graphics in Canva using pre-designed templates from our graphics team.
  5. Support the creation of content calendars for client campaigns.
  6. Utilize internal communicate tools such as Slack to keep all team members updated on the status of projects and campaigns.
  7. Continually develop a working knowledge of the marketing industry’s top communication tools. Understand how these tools can best be utilized in a marketing campaign to achieve results.

Requirements

  • At least one year of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven work experience producing content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital content.
  • A strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools including but not limited to WordPress, MailChimp, Facebook, etc.

Project Manager (Part Time)

Reports To: President/Owner

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time, sub-contracted position estimated to be 20 hours per week. This position will work virtually.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Description: We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and analyze the effectiveness of each campaign. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining client relationships and creating effective strategies that will ensure long-term growth for clients.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for the scheduling and management of client campaigns and projects.
  2. Actively maintain internal project calendars for accurate timeline forecasting.
  3. Partner with different departments to ensure work is completed according to requirements.
  4. Ensure team members have all the necessary information to complete tasks.
  5. Quality assure all project deliverables.
  6. Ensures work is executed within the predefined scope.
  7. Review campaign metrics and make strategic decisions based on data.
  8. Provide status reports to company leadership.
  9. Report and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  10. Assess and evaluate project success.
  11. Utilize internal communicate tools such as Slack to keep all employees updated on the status of projects and campaigns.
  12. Support the on-going development of tracking systems/procedures for digital marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating projects and teams.
  • Basic digital marketing skills such as social media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Writing skills, especially as they relate to content creation.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic technical skills such as HTML/CSS.

Virtual Assistant (Part Time)

Reports To: President/Owner

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time, sub-contracted position estimated to be 10 hours per week. This position will work virtually.

Description: We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to support various business initiatives. Candidates must have a knack for problem solving and enjoy working independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how their work supports overarching business goals.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for the company while fielding inbound emails and phone calls.
  2. Support the CEO by keeping calendars, deadlines and appointments organized; Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  3. Participate during internal and client meetings, take detailed notes, compile follow-up correspondence as required by each meeting.
  4. Manage digital databases and cloud/paper filing systems.
  5. Support the CEO in the implementation of outbound sales activities. Generate lead lists, send pre-drafted emails and/or snail mail communications.
  6. Research new sales opportunities for the company including but not limited to: corporate RFPs, speaking and keynote gigs, networking events, etc.
  7. Other miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO.
  8. Utilize internal communicate tools such as Slack to keep all employees updated on the status of projects and campaigns.

    Requirements

    • 1 year of virtual assistant experience.
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and email.
    • Proven work experience with an agency is a plus, but not necessary.
    • Ability to respond quickly to last-minute client requests.
